Using the image to promote a product, service, business, or organization. Marketing uses may include the following:

-Promotional websites or prints

-Television

-Digital adverts

-Billboards

-Leaflets/flyers

-Business cards

-Email marketing

-Brochures & catalogues

-Exhibition stand graphics

-Promotional posters

-Use of the image in any animation, film, or other moving image sequence

This license covers the use of the image in a single project or campaign. If you wish to use the image for multiple projects or campaigns, you will need to buy an additional Marketing license.

This license does not cover the rights to resell products featuring the image. If you have a product in mind that is not a book, please send us a message at info@biotic-artlab.com and we can discuss your project needs together.

Using the image within a book or journal including using the image within the cover design of the book or journal. This license accounts for both printed and digital books and journals.

A single license does not cover multiple editions of the same book or journal.

If you wish to use the image in several different books, you will have to purchase licenses for each of these uses in their respective books/journals.

If the image is used as a book or journal cover, as a whole or in part, a credit to Biotic Artlab as the original creator of the image must be included within the book or journal’s credits.

Using the image in the digital space, on any digital platforms and devices. This license covers use on mobile & desktop apps and websites, including (but not limited to):

-Healthcare communication platforms

-E-Learning websites and apps

-Electronic health records systems (EHRs)

This license grants permission for the internal utilization of medical illustrations within a company or organization, covering both print and digital mediums. It allows for the incorporation of the illustrations into presentations, reports, training materials, internal communications, and any other internal company documents or resources. The license does not extend to external distribution or public display beyond the confines of the company or organization.

This license authorizes the use of medical illustrations in film and television productions, including documentaries, educational videos, promotional videos, and any other audiovisual content intended for broadcast or online streaming. It permits the incorporation of the illustrations into scenes, animations, graphics, and visual effects within the production.
