Contact us to start the conversation about your project. You can reach us at

We will schedule a thorough (virtual) on-boarding meeting from Zoom or Teams. If you are local to France or the Netherlands, we can also arrange to meet in person.
We will create an in-depth project visual proposal that outlines the project scope, detailed illustration list, and cost. After the proposal is confirmed, we can move forward!
You will provide as much relevant research materials, images, and details as possible. This is important to set up a smooth creative process.
You will receive sketches/storyboards to review with your expert team. Each project comes built in with two major rounds of revisions.
Once the final illustrations or animations have been completed, Biotic Artlab will deliver them to you in your desired digital file format.
